Alan M. Snyder
Alan M. Snyder, Director, graduated from the University of Buffalo School of Law in 1974 and attended the Masters of Law Program at New York University. Admitted in New York as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts, as well as the Second Circuit Federal Court of Appeals.
Mr. Snyder was an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, New York and later maintained a law practice at 67 Wall Street in New York. He specialized in Civil, Property, Commercial, Matrimonial and Criminal Litigation.
Mr. Snyder joined the 32BJ Legal Services Fund in 1987 as the Supervisor of the Criminal Department. In 1989 he became the Director of Litigation and in 1992 served as the Deputy Director. In 2004 he was promoted to the Director of the Legal Fund, which position he presently holds.
In addition to his many administrative duties Mr. Snyder also supervises the handling of Criminal matters at the Legal Fund.

Isadore B. Huss
Isadore B. Huss, Director of Litigation/Supervising Attorney Cardozo School of Law. Admitted in New York 1981, California 1991, and U.S. District Court Southern and Eastern Districts. Member of the New York State Bar Association.
Mr. Huss has broad experience in Civil Litigation, Wills, Estate Law, Bankruptcy and Real Estate transactional work. As a former partner of a private firm and since 1996 with the Legal Fund, Mr. Huss has primarily concentrated on representing union members, educating workers and their families as to their legal rights, and assisting and training Attorneys who represent workers for over 25 years
In addition to his administrative duties, Mr. Huss supervises the Civil Litigation and Property Department of the Legal Fund.
Christopher Riley
Chris M Riley
Christopher M. Riley, Deputy Supervisor has worked in the Immigration, Criminal, Family, and Civil Department. He worked in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office until coming to the Building Service 32BJ Legal Services Fund in January of 2008. Attorney Riley is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and the United States District Court Southern District of New York. He graduated from Haverford College in 2002 and Touro Law Center in 2007.
Viven Chiu
Viven Chiu
Viven Chiu, Supervising Attorney, joined the Legal Fund in 2007. Her practice has concentrated in the field of Immigration Law, and she supervises the Immigration Department at the Fund.
Ms. Chiu is a graduate of Cornell University and the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Prior to joining the Legal Fund, Ms. Chiu was in private practice, handling a wide variety of business and individual Immigration matters. She is admitted to practice in New York, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Gloria Aquirre
Gloria Aquirre
Born and raised in Colombia, Gloria Aquirre immigrated to the United States when she was nineteen and attended Queens College. Upon graduation, she worked with a non-profit organization where she helped thousands of immigrants apply for legal status under the 1986 legalization program. She left that job to attend New York Law School where she was a member of the editorial staff of the Journal of Human Rights.
In 2000, Ms. Aquirre joined the 32BJ Legal Fund as a staff attorney in the Immigration Department. She is admitted in both New York and New Jersey and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and is fluent in Spanish.

Natalia Antrobus has been working at the Legal Services Fund since 1993. She began in the Family Department and transferred to the Immigration Department in 1999. Ms. Antrobus got her B.A. from Oberlin College and her law degree from C.U.N.Y Law School. She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Humberto Dominguez
Humberto Dominguez has been practicing law since 1989. A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Dominguez has worked exclusively on Immigration matters, with an emphasis on family reunification, naturalization and deportation cases. Mr. Dominguez is a member of the Bar of the State of New York since 1989, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York since 2000. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Elizabeth Ortecho graduated from Barnard College at Columbia University in 1991 and obtained her law degree from Boston University in 1996.
Prior to joining the Legal Services Fund's Immigration Department in 1998, she worked for an Immigration law firm, which also provided Cooperating Attorney services to the 32BJ Legal Services Fund.
Born to Peruvian parents, Ms. Ortecho speaks and writes fluent Spanish and English. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and has complemented her immigration practice with pro bono cases and volunteer work with the immigrant community.

David Projansky graduated from New York Law School in 1985. Admitted to practice in New York since 1986. His practice has been concentrated in the area of Family Law and he has been with the Legal Fund since 1988.
Kirk Palma
Kirk Palma Graduated from Fordham Law School and was admitted to practice in New York in 1998. He has been a Staff Attorney practicing in the Family Law Department in the Legal Fund since 2000 and also handles Criminal matters.
Loran Shlevin
Loran Shlevin graduated from New York Law School and was admitted to practice in New York in 1985. She has been a Staff Attorney practicing in the Family Law Department in the Legal Fund since 2000.
Kathleen Turley
Kathleen Turley graduated from the College of New Rochelle and Brooklyn Law School. Attorney Turley is currently in the Family Law Department, where her representation includes matters of child visitation and custody, guardianships, defense of neglect and abuse charges, family offenses and child support. Attorney Turley is admitted to the bars of New York State and Connecticut, as well as the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York in the United States District Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Family Law Section.

Analiz Velazquez graduated from New York Law School with honors in 2009, and was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2010. Analiz came to us as a graduate assistant under the New York Law School Graduate Fellowship Program. During law school, she performed substantial clinical work in the Immigration and Family Law fields.
